Prices shared by phone, text, or on-site are estimates based on the information provided. The final price is confirmed before work begins. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees.

Scheduling & access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned. Please secure pets and move fragile or valuable items before your appointment.

Results & the Diamond Guarantee

We stand behind our work: if you're not satisfied with a cleaned area, contact us promptly and we'll re-clean it. Some stains, odors, or wear may be permanent depending on age, fiber, and prior treatment — George will tell you honestly what to expect before starting.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, and Venmo.
